Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes and cancellations are possible until carrier handoff. Email info@houseoftoni.com with your order number and the change you would like to make.
What information should I include when asking about an order?
Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. If your question concerns one item, include its product name and selected size or color.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all US orders. There is no minimum order value for free shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1-2 business days, followed by 5-8 business days in transit. The total delivery timeframe is 6-10 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
What is the order cut-off?
The order cut-off is 2:00 PM EST/EDT (Eastern Time), Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders received after the cut-off enter processing on the next business day.
Returns and Refunds
How do I start a return?
Email your order number and the item you want to return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be new, unworn and unwashed, with their tags attached. Support will confirm the instructions and return address before you send the item back.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays return shipping for a change-of-mind return made for a refund. House of Toni pays return shipping for faulty or wrong items. There is no restocking fee.
Can I exchange an item for another size or color?
Yes, size or color exchanges are free within 30 calendar days of delivery. Email your order number and requested option; we reserve and send the replacement immediately after registration, before your original item arrives back. House of Toni pays both return shipping and replacement shipping. If the requested option is unavailable, we arrange a refund instead.
When will my refund be issued?
We issue refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days after return receipt. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays. See our Refund Policy for the full process.
