For an existing order, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For a product question, include the product name and the size or color you are considering.

Changes and Cancellations

Order changes and cancellations are possible until carrier handoff. Send your order number and the requested change by email.

Returns and Exchanges

Register a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be new, unworn and unwashed, with tags. Support provides the return address with your return confirmation.

Size or color exchanges are free within 30 calendar days of delivery. We reserve and send the replacement immediately after registration, before your original item arrives back. House of Toni pays both return shipping and replacement shipping. If your requested size or color is unavailable, we arrange a refund instead.
