Wide lapels and a loosely tied belt give this trench coat a fluid outline. A layered panel across the back adds structure above the waist, while the long front sections fall open below the collar. We reserve and send the replacement immediately after registration, before your original item arrives back. House of Toni pays both return shipping and replacement shipping. If your requested size or color is unavailable, we arrange a refund instead.
For a change-of-mind refund, return shipping is paid by the customer. House of Toni pays return shipping for faulty or wrong items. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days after return receipt. Items must be new, unworn and unwashed, with tags.
